On the last day of April, the witches and devils are also loose in the beautiful mountain village of Hohegeiß. Especially the devilish offspring make the alleys unsafe on this day! For this purpose, all girls and boys meet at the Tourist Information Hohegeiß at 1 p.m. to be transformed into mystical figures for their grand entrance.
At 4 p.m., the little witches and devils set off for the Schützenplatz!
The procession begins in front of the Tourist Information to the Schützenplatz where a small Walpurgis play is performed, followed by a fun-filled celebration on the Schützenplatz. A big witch fire will be lit!
