Over 10,000 km of well-signposted hiking trails in fascinating natural surroundings make the Harz a hiker's paradise during your summer holiday.
Braunlage, Hohegeiß and Sankt Andreasberg are at the heart of this hiking region. Between the Harz Nature Park and National Park, between the Brocken, Wurmberg, Achtermannshöhe, Rehberg and Ebersberg, hiking enthusiasts of all ages get their money's worth here.
Downhill on seven designated routes with a total length of approx.
19 km at the Wurmberg in Braunlage. Freeride, North Shore, single trail or even a test track raise the pulse of cracks and beginners alike.

Around 12 kilometres of trails with varying degrees of difficulty. Easy single trails, freerides, a technically interesting North Shore course and challenging downhill sections.
In the middle of the Harz National Park you can enjoy the cool water with a view. Our indoor and outdoor pools, as well as our idyllic forest swimming pool, attract many sun worshippers and nature lovers to us in the Upper Harz in summer.
