From the beginning of the 2013-2014 winter sports season there have been some new features added to the ski resort Wurmberg in Braunlage that make even better. New slopes, a newly added lift and guaranteed snow make the Wurmberg one of the largest ski resorts in north Germany.

1 Panoramaabfahrt: length 1.550m, easy
2 Obere Grosse Wurmbergabfahrt: length 1.300m, easy
3 Nordhang: length 450m, medium
4 Hexenwiese: length 450m, easy
5 Walpurgishang: length 550m, easy
6 Skiroute Hexenritt: length 500m, very hard
7 Hexenrittpiste: length 550m, hard
8 Sonnenhang: length 800m, medium/easy
9 Untere Grosse Wurmbergabfahrt: length 2.650m, easy
10 Talabfahrt Braunlage: length 1.750m, easy
11 Skischulhang: length 200m, easy
12 Skiweg Hexenritt: length 1.050m, easy
13 Oberer Skiweg: length 450m, easy
14 Skiweg Mittelstation: length 450m, easy
The slopes are always under control by the Mountain Rescue Service (Red Cross).
